    my goal would be to be surrounded by semi naked females with ip’s too,trouble is my wife won’t be happy with me when she finds out i must be a lesb*#%.

    10 +ve investment properties,we’ve got four kids so if we ever reach our goal we’ll reassess.

    one other thing,if i put debt from ppor to ip’s would that hold me back as regards equity needed in ip’s to refinance to buy more ip’s?

    thanks for the reply don’t know what a wrap is, also our ppor is all linked to the same mortgage and we only have $10,000 left in our line of credit,would it be the way to go to try and refinance and up our line of credit?
