									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just use an excel spreadsheet. The investment detective software no doubt has a bunch of lines that you fill in (itemising costs etc). If you just list these lines into a spreadsheet you should be able to provide your accountant with the same information you already provide them.</p>
