    Tatts,I think you'll struggle to find properties with returns greater than 4% return after all maintance and property mangment costs are taken out, and remember there are rental increases in the dha leases,

    Mortgage Hunter Is rightoffset accounts are a powerful tool,  with the right srtatergy you can knock years of your loan and maintain the maxium amount of your debt as tax deductable debt.
