    Hi everyone,

I’ve personally spoken to Rich Harvey and asked him a lot of questions about his services. What I look at most is to see if a buyers agent actually does what he preaches, e.g. buys the properties he offers for his own portfolio and Rich definitely does that.

Check out this interview with him where he shares his story and what he recommends to be aware of when selecting a buyers agent:

What To Do If A Dodgy Developer Ruined Your Life and 14 Properties With Rich Harvey

Also his the president of Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA) which is a governing body that helps and protects investors from dealing with dodgy buyers agents.

So his definitely got a strong reputation behind him too.

    Hi Ross,

I would be interested in finding out more about the group Aspire. I live around the north shore area as well so it would be ideal for me.

Would you be able to email or PM her details?

    Thanks.

    Thanks Terry.

I was considering that. Though how does a managed fund compound their 30% returns on a monthly basis? I am trying to find something that I can see it grow and at least have some control over. Personally I've always invested into shares myself and not looked into Managed Funds, but I have not been able to see monthly compounding returns on my investment through my own share trading.

Thomas, I have to agree with you, when Steve released all our material given to us to the public, the first thing that ran through my head was how come we paid so much for the program when we could have waited for a few months? I thought we were exclusive and the only ones that would be getting total support.

Though on the good side, it has been a great journey to get one-on-one support from my coach and to get a great sense of direction. One has to make the effort and what we do will be reflected back on us.

    Hi,

I went to a Reno Kings workshop yesterday and they normally recommend creating a room, because it can potentially add another $50K to the value of the property. If that’s viable, it should cost too much to add a few windows and a door.

Otherwise if that is not worthwhile for you, maybe knocking down the walls and opening it up to be a verandah and create a nice street appeal with a rail on some timber floors?

Hopefully that gives you some additional ideas.

    Thanks Callander.

The property is in NSW, so I’ll read up on those websites and get straight into it.

    Hi there.

That’s really encouraging to see that you’re taking action! In regards to the property and what you want to do, is that you have to ask yourself firstly why are you purchasing Investment properties? When you know why you are doing it, then you can begin to structure your portfolio to what you want to achieve.

In regards to setting up trusts, this is really a question to discuss with an accountant or a professional advisor who would be able to help you with your current situation. There are plenty of books out there to help you and one I would recommed reading is the Reno Kings Book which has a true story of a single mum whose done a lot of renovations and property Investing herself. That I think will give you some inspiration and maybe give you some more ideas.

    Have a great day![biggrin]

    Hi Xiena,

I am looking for a solictor to help settle a property in SA.

I asked for a conveyancer because I use one in NSW and they seem to do the same role as a solicitor.

    What do you think?

    Thanks.

    Hi Jenny, Simon,

It sounds so exciting to hear about young kids achieving so much at such early stages in their lives. I love to learn from kids like them and would love to meet them one day and watch and observe what they do.

Keep up with all the great comments!
