I just finished watching part of a free DVD by Jamie McIntyre. He was describing a strategy which he has apparently used very successfully. I also heard Mason Keith talk about this strategy on another site. I like the story of this two Australian millionaire on how they've escaped the rat race by investing in low prices houses and creating $6000 per month cash flow and It's good to see someone else viewing some moneytary goals as being more important than just mindless spending.

The book was probably one of my best investments in my future and will prove to be invaluable. Being young as 27, the book taught me so much in so many areas. Only 2 days after the reading the book I have noticed a big difference in the way I feel emotionally through the personal development aspect of the book.
Im also new to property investing. I just moved in Batemans Bay NSW. I seek advice on Professionals. Lucky me I've got alot of friends to as more tips and advice about Property Investment.
