    Hello Wayne;

    Normally, people lay tiles first then the skirting boards are then fixed to the wall with the bottom edge on top of the tiles. This will make the tiles looks neat. If you fix the skirting board first then lay the tiles it would not look nice because you will see the grouts along the edges.

    I’m up to chapter 13 – The Second Law of Property Investment.

    One thing I’m not very sure and need clarify because of information on…[Read more]

    I know investing in RE is for long term, but 4-10 years without any CG when (if) you are -gearing, then you are making alot of losses. Wouldn’t you agree?

  • Hello Redwing, Sorry in advance, not trying to be picky, maybe a mistype?

    $1200 – $490 = $710pw
    ie $2840 per month.

    Hedrek, $2840 in hand per month is alot of spare cash. Like Redwing said you need to record/budget what you spent.

    Werribee is the next suburb (to the West of Melbourne)down from Hopper Crossing. Hopper Crossing is the suburb closer to Laverton RAAF base.

    Hello aussierogue;

    I think chan$ trying to say:
    “Keep going, You’re on you’re way to financial freedoom” or
    “Keep going, you’re nearly reach you’re financial freedoom”
    ie what ever happens, never give up.
