has been long time I have not login but looks like school is indeed an important point to pick the right property. Another to be aware of private schools are not governed by the school zone, only the public school.<br />
Then of course with the price of petrol going up, it would be good to minimise traveling distance.</p>

Today when I look in Realestate.com.au, they are more cheap land for sale about 100k range. Very attractive!<br />

<p>The place has good highway (35 min to CBD), train services, schools, near melbourne airport, plenty of green and it is a forwarding industry hub for Victoria.</p>
<p>Just don&#8217;t understand why the demand is better at north eastern area than the north westen area.</p>

If the inflation rate is 7%, the expected price increase of building a house increases by about 7%. Eventually rental tends to follow.</p>
