A 1st time post for me.
Having read all the replys to your request for topics one that has been mentioned only briefly is choosing good advisers. (eg; solicitors/ conveyancers/ accountants/ real estate agents/ finance brokers etc).
Perhaps a list of questions you should be asking these people before employing their services.
