<p>I&#8217;ve yet to purchase an IP, but am looking to get started.</p>
<p>I have a lot of equity in my PPOR ($600k at 80% LVR), but if I was in a situation where I didn&#8217;t have any equity (i.e. renting) and went for a straightforward home loan, I&#8217;d could probably afford around $380k max.</p>
