Thanks everyone for replying to the email with all of your help.
It is just what was needed.

Just in case you are all wondering. The PM was contacted prior to having posted the topic, and yes, he did squirm a bit, but he was more dumbstruck by the situation.
But nevertheless, all of the replies that you lovely ladies and gentlemen put forward will be “colated” (thanks Forklift) into a plan of action and will be implemented, because it is something that everyone needs to be aware of.

Thank you very much for your previous reply which referred me to the Wraps Association.

One thing though.
How do you get through to them?
I’ve been calling and calling and calling and everytime I do it just keeps on either hanging up or you get that disconnecting sound.
Would you please give a go for me and let me know how you go?

I’ve also sent them two emails only to receive nothing.
Something must be up, it seems a bit suss to me.
Would you please let me know?

Otherwise, would it be alright to get the contact details for your solicitor?

I’d really appreciate it.
