I am going to be offering the tenant dvd rentals vouchers as he has a couple of young boys, in order to sweeten the $5pw increase in rent that I will be making (assuming I get it). Steve and Dave both have a famly trust and do a joint venture between the two trusts, as the trustees are companies nether of them appear on the titles.

Just remember things ALWAYS happen for a reason. Whilst that job might have seemed like the answer it was never going to be.
