I have read your books with keen interest and have not been able to get my feet wet yet but have just stumbled accross something that I am interested in and need a some input on. A hotel is for sale 350 km from Perth for $150 00. The Rent including GST is $21,774 per annum and reviews may be done anfer the 9the of October annaully.The normal outgoings that are payable by the landlord is water rates (not consumption) for the amount of $730. Net income:$19 000pa.
I am not sure that I will be able to manage it effectively, because it is too far from home base. It appears structurally sound. What do you think? andrea[strum]
