I had a relative develop in the bush requiring road access and electricity and phone etc etc. They were lucky as they worked at the council and was able to obtain all basic cost structures from there &#8211; who you know etc. Make an appointment with a planner or project manager from the council which you learning related to. Good luck.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Would reccommend finding out about the neighbouring property owners (front and back and sides)- they could be a problem for the current seller. In addition have a look at what a block in the street behind is valued at, which effectively has the same distance from the beach, I would imagine they would/ should be the similar.</p>
