<p>What type of tennant are you expecting to attract?  Short termers  3-30 days or Long Term tennant?</p>
<p>I am assuming a 4.5 Star Resort will bring in short termers&#8230;</p>
<p>So who owns the furnishings &#8211; Tables, Beds, couches knives and forks?</p>
