I never said they would go up. I just was the ONLY one who said "RBA will *NOT* lower the rates this month"That being said, I think that the best thing RBA can do now is RAISE the interest rates. The RBA will most probably let the interest rates stay put for a while…[Read more]

Have you thought of approaching them and coming to a agreement with what times and how long they can ride. Is the bike louder than say a lawn mower. To stop them completely is a bit rude. We have people in our street that have drums but they agreed to limit what time and how late they would use them.Just approach them consideratly and see if you…[Read more]

    Hi Aptam,

My first thought would be, assuming that the 5 houses are all green title properties, would that sewer line be classified as a mains anyway and be the responsibility of the water authority?

The problem that you face is that even though the problem lies with your neighbour, they have the ability to give you some headaches as well. What…[Read more]

    Hi there all
friends of mine had their 3 properties (2 IP & their home) evaluated and they came very very short (mining town with wild fluctating prices), but because of their existing loan contract the bank couldn’t do anything to them (charge extra $$ or the like).
