Like ramkisydney said, it needs to be at least 600sqm and LMR (Low to Medium Residential) Zoning. Also you need to check that there are no restrictions to demolish (DCP).
You can use this website to check the zoning and restrictions for the land.

Fixed. Every time you adjust the loan rate it will recalculate the loan cost. If you change the loan cost, it will use that as the cost. However if you change the loan rate again it will recalculate the loan cost again.

It could be. I haven’t tested in on phones/pads.
I’m interested in giving it a go. You could include an example of how to add details to assist clients.
There is a step by step description of how to use it on the page. You pretty much have two options:

I had developed an application for my own use to save me time when analysing investment properties.
I recently made a web version of it and need some help from forum members to test it and give me some feedback.
It’s not fully complete yet and am still working on it.

Hi BarbH
The business plan is not that important. No one wants to read 20+ pages. However you should still have one prepared. Here is a good website:
What’s more important is your attitude, passion and drive for your business. Also have a max 3 page summary of your business plan.

Depends on the suburb. I would stick closer to Brisbane city (<10km)
In the short term yes, but not so much in the long term.

superAndrew replied to the topic Where in Australia is the best place to buy an investment property? in the forum Help Needed! 11 years, 5 months ago
You’re question is quite broad and there are a lot of factors to take into consideration. But in general, Brisbane would be the best capital city to buy an investment property at the moment and at least in the next 6 months.

AndrewsuperAndrew replied to the topic Sell up and move, or hold onto our properties? in the forum Help Needed! 11 years, 5 months ago
If you really want to move then you only have two options:
1. Rent.
2. Buy further away from Sydney CBD since a 1 bed would not be practical for your family.Personally I would rent until I found a job to afford buying a property in Sydney rather than move in a regional area since with renting you have more options.

The interest and the expenses on your investment property are tax deductible. It will also generate you income since the rent you get from it should be higher than the interest payment.

Hi Ross
Investment wise it is usually always better to rent and invest instead of buying your own home.
If properties in Ireland have high yields and are starting to rise in value and you think they will continue to rise then you should consider buying there. However you would expose yourself to currency fluctuations but there are ways to reduce…[Read more]

There area lot of books and courses you can do. I would read at least 3 different books. Then Google and forums will be your best friend to answer your questions and learn more. You don’t have to spend 100s of $$.
Here is a good book:
