    hi , the lesson i keep learning and relearnig is to get the financing righthave wasted a fortune on break fees, and due to the following  circumstances am about to waste more….never lend money to familyand dont try and help them by letting them live in one of your housescheers and good luck

    Be aware that really old lino can contain asbestos. its not poison gas but it does need to be removed with care attention and the correct proceduregoogle it for the laws in your areaprofessional floor sanders are a really good dealdone a couple my self and have never come close to the results they getcheers !

    i really enjoyed his booksmy brother directs tv commercials and keeps "borrowing "them read in the paper he was doing a deal with winnebago (or similar) campers and a chinese boat builder to produce the shells in carbon fibre for the us marketthought that was pretty cleverhad my own business at 22 and easily wasted way more than 10 grand  !
