Have you made a loss on this property? May be deductible on you income, so the loss may not be as big as first anticipated.</p>

There is a clause that says, EXCESS useage is paid by the tenant, but hey, what is &#8220;excess&#8221; useage. 1) reduce payments on PPoR<br />
2) ensure wife and baby have safe motor vehicle<br />
3) Make good CAp Gain (and the vehicle is a gift for the hard work i had to do to make to CG)<br />
