( which as property investors we need to believe hehehe)</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>Hey WattIf your after Negative properties, then I would recommend &quot;property rich&quot; by Melissa Opie and Stephen Zamykal, and also Michael Yardneys books are also good for NG inclined investors ( although sometimes he yaps on a bit)Steve&#039;s books are good but focus more on PCF properties.Just a thought</span></p>
