									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just a thought &#8211; have you had a depreciation schedule done on the properties? You should get good depreciation on the 1 year old, prob. not the older flat. Then get a tax variation so at least your cashflow is improved a little. I know Steve M. doesnt like depreciation but sometimes you have to whats best in your situation. Good luck.</p>
