									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We used a local guy (NSW) for our QLD property&#8230; Never again, he had to subcontract a QLD guy and long story short, to-and-fro-to-and-fro!, the deal at one point was at risk of falling through because of the time it takes four people to do the job one person should do.</p>
<p>Go local. The QLD law society was a great help for us too.</p>

<p>It is on a highway, and the town hasn&#8217;t been by-passed? and being the only station in town the agent assures me &#8220;it&#8217;s future is assured&#8221;</p>

<p>Returns are good, and lease is long&#8230; but i fear that a &#8220;clean up&#8221; is imminent. (maybe the reason for sale&#8230;)</p>
<p>If the tanks &#8220;only&#8221; had to be replaced to prevent problems, what do you think this would cost? I still can not find any information on the net about this sort of thing&#8230;</p>
