									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well found the lady who had rented house is manager of that real estate.Basically filled out want she wanted &amp; we weren&#039;t sent a copy of it.<br />
Spoke to new person looking after house &amp; was told they can put things on walls but only had to patch &amp; not paint walls.Doesn&#039;t seem right that.Going to look into that.<br />
