Yep I think borrow as much as you can and leverage to build the asset size as thats where you will get the return i.e. on the size of your asset. (size does count) Any saved money can go into a deposit for the next one. Thats how my broker has got me going, also, I might add you need to get the right loan structures, a friend of mine came unglued at the seams from a banks who cross secured all his properties, it cost him dearly…I highly recommend my broker who specialises in multi property financing… Heres his email [email protected]

Heres my thing, buy well, i.e. offer low, worst house in best street, then do a face lift reno like paint, garden, touch up bathroom and kitchen, maybe a picket fence if its not fenced, and bingo intant equity from buying well plus the reno. Then hang on to it and watch it increase further in value by letting time do it for you. My last property was one of these and I built nearly $100k into the equity by doing this.

I agree, there are heaps of books out there that will give you alot more than a seminar and for only $29 (or thereabouts) … most seminars are potentially trying to sell you off the plan properties so its difficult to know if the advise you get is unbiased.

    Hi Guys

Why pay all that money when you can get it for free, I have done so many seminars and seriously, have learned the same stuff and more (in fact unbiased) by going through a finance broker by the name of Tony Born who has supported me through my whole property investing journey… he is a fantastic guy who has been in the business for years and offers his finance clients free advise with building their property portfolios. I now have 7 properties and wouldn’t be here without his support. He doesn’t charge for his services as long as you get finance through him, then he’s available anytime you want to talk to him basically, As far as I know he’s a pretty experienced property investor, check him out, heres his website http://www.WealthWithProperty.net.
