Hello to you all.
Approx. 5 years ago we built a new 200sqm home on a 550sqm block of land.

Ensure you get Council Approval!Going through this and its great fun! Council are requesting that we rip up cross over and invert and replace with council regulated cross over and invert!!Get a couple quotes, as you maybe able to show that to the vendors and have it taken into consideration!

Hi EZN,Im on SA and Housing SA (Govn agency) as it is known here tend to work in circles in my opinion. I am in the same boat. You contact the Govn agency, they say they dont know and send you to the Council… Council say they dont know and put you onto the real estate agents and they put you back onto the Govn Agency!! Hi Brett,No Mortgage Insurance will be required, as we have the good deposit to start with.
