<p>I am considering buying a leasehold motel and have a couple of questions that someone here may be able to answer.</p>
<p>1) I assume that the value of the lease decreases as it gets closer to it&#8217;s term. If this is the case is this a depreciation that can be claimed by the leaseholder and if so at what rate?</p>
