<p>Redwing &#8211; I&#8217;ll probably get it for around 200k. I had the idea of keeping it (rented) for at least couple of years and then cash it in. The rate of capital growth in Bassendean would have to drop a fair bit before it became unviable as a negative gearing prospect&#8230;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Suggest you try Roy Weston. Haven&#8217;t tried them myself but they are amongst the newest in town and are probably keen to make a good impression. I know that at least one of the principals has had good business success in Kalgoorlie in the past, albeit in other fields.</p>
