    think  the looks of the website is incomparable to the knowledge generated by users,  in my opinion, when you are in despair of choosing to pay a debt ore investing your money, one will just mind   what are said, of what ideas he need to be able to figure things out. but i respect your perspective guys., let us flourish and help each other through this site..     Its their form of advertisement. The decision still relies on the buyer, if he or she will till continue to buy the property even though, he already knew the consequences. Do research. Interview people nearby.

    There are two things to consider before jumping into real estate investment..

    First: your Goals. What do you want? Why would you want to avail? What are your reasons?
    Second: Your situation: Are you capable of availing? do you have your savings? Consider your cash flow and lifestyle.

    That would be  a great business. Investing into property and making money out of it is a nice idea. But, first and foremost, be sure that the place where you are going to 'build your house for sale' has a nice location. So the profit will be back for you in a shorter period of time. Consider the financial stability also.
