have you told them that you disagree with they were doing? if so take into action write a letter that says everything that they have violated including the nice one., making a firm policy inside the house that affect everyone will make everyone conscious of the others action because they to will   be affected, if it is not precisely said on the contract, revise it and make it an individually applicable rather than the whole.

thus, this simply implies that, be cautious enough in purchasing. although we had laws that protect buyers damages are still damages.filling to restoration takes time, energy and much more. that is why i have said that if the purchase is made be ready for the consequence,. realization here guys is that when your are in a big doubt do not purchase.

in my opinion assuming that adverts are misleading will just always put you in great doubt and anxiety on the property, rather than assuming that it is false take your chance in finding the truth in it. so you could buy wisely

both are good, think first of the money you have,. as jame88 said, it is also a gamble so it will always be better if you put on money that will not damage your capacity. it may seem common sense but I'll mention it anyway,if own your own plot then go for a flat., because having your own residence also signifies financial stability.  in choosing to buy a flat, the best site are those near offices because if office workers will be the resident of your property, most of the time they will just sleep at your property. just have a monthly inspection and make clear contracts

it will be a long mess if abruptly sue, you have to ask for the settlement as soon as possible before he wreck the whole property, you have to settle this in a peaceful talk between both of you and your respective solicitors, keep in mind that the environment should be calm. you have settled on a previous agreement you can do it again. in the matter of conversation, clear your queries with him in clear but certain tone, and listen to him., Godbless

if you are renting invest first to residential., not that large or extravagant, let us say fair enough to get you out of the curse of paying monthly, then invest on commercial property., God bless

i have read the 7 habits of highly effective people., and it is really mind opening., it will give good perspective, i guess they have recommended a dose of books that you can read, i will not give more because but i suggest that you read one motivational book first then read property book then read another motivational book before skipping to another property book, so you will have a steady stature of drive.
