<p>Last January, Southport was around the low 100&#8217;s for a 1 bedder unit.  Now your looking at around 150+.  That area is rock&#8217;n</p>
<p>Still may find some deals in Beenleigh, Coomera, Nerang and Labrador/Coombabah.  If your looking for units/townhouses make sure they are not under-rented and the numbers add up. Good luck.</p>
