<p>So I just had a meeting with the current owners. They said that they will convert the trust to make us the beneficiaries or whatever to gain control of the whole thing(assets).<br />
So u mentioned if we do that the whole lot of staff of the trust will be charged for stamp duty and CGT? That sounds terrible to me. I got a solicitor to work on this and she just mentioned it today.<br />
So how is this going to work if I want to buy the coffee store that has been controlled by the trust company?( include all assets and the right to own all profit or losses?)<br />
It&#8217;s good to know now so maybe there is a way I can work this out?<br />
