We made an offer on a house last Friday which was accepted (it is now Wednesday), nothing has been signed and we have changed our minds about buying the house. How can we back out of the offer? Are we under any obligation? No money or contracts have been signed. Quick answers needed PLEASE!!!<br />

There are plenty of things to do to these houses but whether it actually adds value on resale is the big question, as they will be hard to resell anyway.
