Hi,

This product is scheduled for re-release later in the year after a re-write. Until then, you can try to get your hands on a second hand copy of an earlier addition. They sometimes appear on ebay.

Hi,

There are a number of regular posters in this forum that offer mortgage broking services. Why not try them? These days location is not as important as finding a mortgage broker who understands your needs.

Hi,

Although different to how things are done in Aus, the process described here is presumably how things are done in the US.

Perhaps it would be constructive if someone with experience could outline how the process differs (for better or worse) in Aus.
