Hey Greg, It's not easy to get Builders to R.I. if you call a few up you may find it easier and much cheaper to buy established .As for new areas….check out the "proposed" new roads that are provisionally sketched in on the latest UBD and follow up with council and or on site contractors…may give you the jump on the hoards.Good…[Read more]
