It is interesting to read that the IOC has taken out insurance in case the Olympics get cancelled!

…and Mark Spitz seems to think that the US will withdraw due to terrorist threats.

It all seems to be a bit of a debacle to me.

If I remember correctly, Mr Carr bought his NZ property about 12 months ago. Back then the real estate market was booming and the opposition was calling for a reduction in stamp duty.
