I am interested in that as well.<br />
I have renovated many places but I have yet to take on the challenge of an up and under.<br />
How much does it cost to get this type of project done? (Very rough costs of course).</p>

If you want to renovate you can however you need to get an owner builder&#8217;s permit if the works would cost more than $11k.  This is to crack down on dodgy renovations really.<br />
