<p>I think property growth will slow this year and maybe even halt for a period, but interest rates look stable so I don&#8217;t think property prices will fall dramatically.</p>
<p>However if you have bought well, ie. undervalue in a tightly held area, you should still see some reasonable growth over the next 12 months.</p>
