Great to see the lines of communication open. I hope I can answer some of your questions. First of all lets start with the most important question asked by Steve which is about buying property no money down. There are many great posts on this but the most important component of buying a house with little or no money has nothing to do with property?? Confused…Thats right it has absolutely nothing to do with property.
It is all to do with your belief system.
If you think you can, then you can and if you think you cant, then you cant. Both are correct. My mentor was a guy who did probably the biggest no money down deal in the history of the world. He took over a Billion Dollar company with no money. I spent about one month at his Ranch in the USA before he passed away. We did not talk property once.
It was all about your communication and your ability to work with others
As far as The Property King. It was one of those nicknames that I was given to me years ago. I was running late for a meeting with some investors. There was a barrister, real estate agent, broker and 4 other property investors. When I rushed into the room late one of them said, 'here he is the no cash down property king of Australia'..we all laughed but that was about 10 years ago. I guess the nickname stuck. It could have been worse, they could have said here is the guy with the smell socks…lol.
