									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hi am a mortgage broker , for investment i would suggest going to low dow rather than 70% no doc if you can as you not using as much of your money if you do 80% which gives more leverage for further investing and the mortgage insuran[exhappy]ce is tax deductable any way.</p>
