    what about a split loan with a P&I content and an interest only content. You can dip into the equity in each, but it makes life very easy for the accountant?

    Thanks Debt. I just thought the was a QLD wide zoning code set in place by individual councils… I’ll chase it up…

    Another one I use is the RACQ site. http://www.racq.com.au. Click on the link to travel, then road touring then travel planner.

    this gives you estimated drive times and a detailed step by step method of reaching thew suburb.
