The last part was mostly about having a wealthy mindset and Michael also show some of the latest properties he was buying and building.

Having already read Michael’s book, I must admit I didn’t get much out of the seminar and the current market outlook was pretty much what people are discussing on this and other forums already.

Tony Melvin topic on Trust was more interesting than I thought and I learned something new such as the bloodline trust.

    Gooc luck

thanks for the advice bridgebuff, can you elaborate why its bad use a PM in this situation other than it would cost a bit more?

I’m starting to get my finance in place, have set a budget for the entire year, educating myself everyday about PI, currently building up my team and have begun the search. Aiming to purchase 2 IP before the end of the year, wish me luck [cap]

I’m looking at a property that I could potentially rent out to students on a room by room basis. Can anybody recommend a good property manager who has experience with renting out a property by rooms?

    The area is Brisbane.

Thanks for the advice Michael. I guess I don’t mind if they have other motivation as long as their service benefits me. I’ll definitely won’t rush into anything they suggest though and will do my DD.

I will look into the link you provided Michael as I was considering a Buyer’s Agent when starting out.
