I recall reading recently about options and i think the artical mentioned that a portion of stamp dutyis payable by the option holder if they onsell the option. Not 100 percent sure, but check it out.May vary state to state.Cheers.

Used the uretek system about 18 months ago and it worked amazing. Had a double storey town house in melb. where the outside bearing wall sunk 30mm and needed to be raised and underpinned. Instead of underpinning, i contacted uretek and they came in for one day and injected the two part mix and it lifted the slab back to the original possition. It…[Read more]

I have invested in Bacchus Marsh and i have had no problems with getting renters.Being about 42 kms from Melb, it is still "cheap" to buy in and rents are fairly strong.
