<p>To Answer some of the questions &#8211;</p>
<p>1) As a general rule banks here require a 30% down payment on property purchased if you are not a Canadian Permanent Resident or you do not work in Canada.  30% on $30 &#8211; $40,000 is not much though!</p>
<p>2) Edmonton still has the largest mall in the world.
