Yes, of course. You should consult these type of companies. I mean what about real estate agents. They do have tie-ups or franchises in which they work with. They will definitely assist you. Even I know some real estate agents in Australia. By the way, where did you buy your apartment (in which suburb)?
I know one of my best friends Naval Aulakh. He is a wonderful guy in Cranbourne associated with Raine & Horne company. You can consult him. I know him very well, so I would not give you any false hope.

He is also running his website.

    Thanks

Your friend can show that he lived there if he has some proofs such as records of home improvements or any bill payment receipts in case he used the property for rentals. But I think you should consult an industry professional before you demonstrate any proof. I know some real estate experts, one of them is Naval Aulakh. He’ll be the best person who can help you with your problem. Hope this helped!

It’s quite obvious that Coronavirus has effected the property rates. The market has become weak for some time, but by the time, it would get recovered. So currently, it’s important to stay safe so that we’ll be able to start work again and the economy gets back at the same pace.

Yes, I too agree with @wendy Chamberlain. This is a totally red flag scenario. I believe real estate agents can play a significant role in this. If somebody wants to buy a property then he should first consult a real estate vendor since this is the first and foremost aspect of the agreement. Tell real estate agent all your needs and wants regarding the property details. The real estate agents will act as an intermediator between buyer and seller. As @chief Wigam said that he was not allowed any house inspection, even he did not even know the buyer.
That loopholes should be rectified beforehand otherwise this is not the case of buying clothes. You are buying a property which is a humongous investment. And if something goes wrong in the initial procedure then you can’t rely on others.

I agree with you @walkerjon, prices will drop but not much. After this pandemic, the recession will be over, and the prices of real estate will be stable as it is.

Well in this world, nothing is free brother. You have to pay some bucks to get the benefit of something. Even the water we drink, we pay for this. Buying property and taking help regarding this is not costly. And remember, once we start getting free things in life, we tend to ignore them or disrespect them.

In order to buy a beautiful, wonderful home for your loved ones, that agency fee will not matter.

    Regards

Definitely true. I believe jobs and economy are the two sides of a coin. Most importantly, they are directly proportional to each other. If one thing rises, then other entity will too. God knows we just can rely on few options during this crisis.

There are so many forum discussion sites and Q/A sites to gain insights for your reference. You can search for various things side by side and also chat with other experts. Quora could be a good option.

As far as my experience is concerned, it’s not that difficult to find a house in Australia, until and unless you do enough research and take help from others. Real estate agents know their role well when it comes to assisting buyers or sellers of the property. So better if you find a good and well-esteemed agent or vendor who would help in settling all the chores related to this.

There is no such thing as positive real estate. It depends upon you whether you consider it positive or negative. According to me, real estate is the most booming sector and positive sector. You just have to be calm and patient during this real estate process. You have to choose carefully the location, surroundings of the property and invest accordingly. And just stop for a few years. Property prices will rise and so your investment and ROI. For this, you can consult a real estate agent who has a great and wealthy background in this market.

Yes, I am using social media and all, but I could not get suitable leads. I am just using FB for that. Can you share some ideas to bolster a particular business?

Your advice will be much appreciated.

The secure steps in buying or selling real estate are not up to the mark. Because this field is so erratic and unpredictable that you can never imagine. Suppose you are a buyer. You are looking for a property for your family. First, you will identify the location, the surroundings of the property, then you will look for the essential places like schools, colleges, malls, grocery stores so that it will be easy for you to commute and then you will approach a real estate agent as per your budget and needs.
