Thanks so much for all those replies… I’m going to have a long chat with my broker today to see what the go is… in our initial meeting he mentioned lines of credit etc, but for some reason it went by the wayside… I’ll find out why

My only advice as a new kid on the block is to hit the internet, research real estate sites and statistical sites that will give an idea on economic development etc and get on the phone to local real estate agents… after you’ve done all that you can make your own judgement on whether it’s worth investing in or not, or perhaps taking a trip there…[Read more]
