1HotValuer,
It’s garbage to suggest there are plenty of 10% yields around at the moment, because the fact is there ain’t. 12-18 months ago there was, it is not the case now. That’s not to say there’s none, because that is also incorrect…

Are you sure about that 1hotvaluer? it was good for CF a little while ago, but I wouldn’t be betting on big CG.

I like debate, but some of your posts are super-negative at the moment…

Not so ezy, since an advertised deal will be deleted as soon as it appears.

Hi yack,
I suppose it depends on where you buy, I bought several in Rockhampton a year ago, and they’ve all appreciated quite nicely… I still think the central coast of Qld is a good place to look at, places like Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville offer good opportunities…

Hello all,
I’ve been dropping in every day but I haven’t seen much I’ve felt the urge to reply to. I think this website will be around for a while yet, and the fair dinkum investors will stick with things. The “fly-by-nighters” might drop by the wayside though…

Now, can you tell me how you found it in a few seconds.
you want a coke and fries with that? or just a map and a compass? [rolleyesanim]
Seriously though, just spend a bit more time searching for different types of properties in different price ranges in different states… sounds obvious, but it is that simple.
Not all CF+ properties are in…[Read more]

What’s the point having it if you don’t enjoy it? I’ve done a few o/s trips… yes they cost money, but what an experience! I don’t think people should deprive themselves of everything… it’s pretty important to enjoy the fruits of your labour from time to time…

I agree with Pisces, Kay and Celivia… this is a parent talking about a child… it’s not a matter of black and white figures, and lucifer, believe it or not, some things are more important than the bottom line. I’m not sure why a parent trying to help out their kid is something that would make their blood boil [blink], but then again, you’ve…[Read more]

Hi HotValuer,
The fact most are sold might be indicative of the herd mentality surrounding CF+ at the moment, and nothing else. Cobar NSW also went through a mini-boom, and I would never buy there unless the yields were ridiculously high (my family is from there originally) …
