    We deal with great tradies on a daily basis :) Good idea to about the online service:) we often spotlight our tradies on our facebook page and they answer questions from our fans :) At our Reno Excursion next month our tradies will be chatting with attendees :) Check us out if you like.

    George, what ever trade/course you decide to take on PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE promise us you’ll pay extra special attention to the numbers :) Investing, Renovating, Building, Extending, Holding, Renting…. it is all based on figures :) Will keep an eye out for your progress & best of luck with your journey.

    Jake, you’ve god a good head on your shoulders by the sounds of things. Everyone will have their own opinions on the best way to move forward and build a portfolio. Learning how to crunch the numbers on any type of deal be it a renovation or a build is one of the most important aspects, as well as structuring yourself (finance & company wise) correctly before buying.     Sorry I just re-read your post, in NSW :) I’d have a chat to council & a local builder to see what would work within your budget and have the most profitable end return. Is it an investment to rent out or sell?

    Changing your floor plan can sometimes depend a lot on budget, current building spec’s and also council regulations. What state is this property in?
