If the property was worth 550,000 minus 395,000(mortgage) = 155,000(equity) x 80% = 124,000(borrowing capacity)

Slit systems are good in terms of energy consumption. Diakin have a new model out which is inverter driven ie: compressor speeds up when heating/cooling is required and slows down as it reaches the temp set point (saving power consumption).
