Red Dot’s still selling thier Split-system airconditioners V-Cheap, think they reduced the price $200..
So the cheapest, is about $400 + Instalation and the units motors are Fujitsu and Hitachi made..

I’ve passed, on deals that have easily met the 11 sec rule but on investigation have not met my criteria..

Quick reply is 2.5%, however it’s more complex as Ez-rent has pointed out, different items also depreciate differently due to cost..lower costing items depreciate quicker..
Ditto re Georgis’s reply regarding Stamp Duty, not Everything is Tax deductible..
