<p>I bought a 3/2/2 vila (single level) in an inner Perth suburb (South Perth) this September. It ticks all the boxes (15 min walk to the river, 4 min walk to coffee strip, Coles, double LUG, quiet leafy street, street front, etc.) but the living room seems a bit dark. Please see pics of living room attached.</p>
