Just Cashflow positive with out NRAS but good positive cashflow with NRAS. Near to train station.</p>
<p>As of now my current portfolio is about 30K -vely geared per year, so trying to bring it back as much as possible.</p>

Was on a whirlwind tour of Brisbane (first time to Brisbane) and visited&nbsp;properties in Alderley, Kedron, Chermside, Nundah, Fortitude Valley, City in Upper Roma street, &amp;&nbsp;Coopers Plains etc.</p>
